SKATEMYOJI is a personal project that aims to create a mobile adventure/monster catching game, wherein the player creates or chooses a character (called a Skatemyoji) and skateboards through the feudal era of Japan (as well as other time periods, realms, and worlds) exploring the land, capturing rogue mythological creatures and spirits, and excorcising powerful bosses.

Able to run offline as a solo rpg or with others around the world, like an mmorpg should, you can fully customize everything from characters and spirits to your skateboard, its abilities, and more.

Skatemyoji is my dream attempt at creating a game that encapsulates two of the best video game franchises as well as themed concepts that ,to me as a kid, were the most impactful: Pokemon and Tony Hawk Pro Skater.
