The Catscratch Desert is a wasteland filled with shady characters all trying to survive the rugged terrain of a purgatory desert. In the desert there are all kinds of spirits with some being good, bad, or just plain self-preservative. Bisuke The Bloodhound is the Sherif of the Catscratch Desert and his adversary and rival is that of The Blind Tabby, a milk-loving, fish-stealing, desperado.
